revisiting this thread as I'm getting closer...here are my choices for break in oil. All have the same zddp, Driven Joe Gibbs BR oils

Which one? 15w50,10w40,5w30,5w20

thinking 5w30 or 10w40 (at the most) to get it flowing better

Decided to go with w40. I think that's what MM recommends

Iv'e had customers request Joe Gibbs, Amsoil etc and used it, as well as using just any conventional with enough ZDDP and haven't had any kind of break in issues. As long as you have adequate pressure, seating the rings properly is the what I concern with the most.
