What parts are missing in this rebuild?

Bought a 325is with the intention of getting it running again. A rebuilt engine was never finished being installed, and there are a few things missing. I understand it's a 2.7L stroker build with seta internals.

I see some obvious ones - but wanted to get sharp eyed readers a chance to point out what parts of the install are missing, and help get an idea of what I still need to order.

    Thank you!

Only other thing that jumps out to me is the fact that the little rubber elbow that connects the ICV to the throttle body is cracked.
