the 525i one doesn't need an adapter plate, but it needs a different connector

the E36 TPS needs an adapter plate, but the connector is the same as the standard E30. and adapter plate should be very easy to make (that's what I'm doing). at least, I'd rather make an adapter plate than hack into my wiring harness..

I do, I keep the machine and the operator in the backyard.

is this for the E36 tps?

you don't *really* need to CNC anything. all you really need is a thin sheet of aluminum, a drill, and a pair of snips.

No, it is for porsche-bosch TPS

of course you dont *really* need to, but it makes it so much cleaner

volvo 850's have variable bosch tps that are used in lots of different applications. run about 40-50 bux new.
