    Clutch Questions

I'm replacing the flywheel & clutch in my E21 (M10). I got the 323i 228mm flywheel cleaned and resurfaced. So now I need to choose a clutch. I just want to verify that the throw out bearing that comes with a stock M20B25 SACHS kit will be what I need. Or if I will need to piece this kit together?

Is there a difference in throw-out bearings for an M20B23 to a M20B25?

I am a little confused, using BavAuto's site there are 2 part #'s for the throw out bearing.

For an E21 323i it list:
    Part # 21 51 1 223 366 $34.95
    Part # 21 51 1 204 525 $57.95

For an E30 325i it list:
    21 51 1 223 366 $34.95

I think you're going to want to use the 323i unit. There's also a 5 series one that will work, that's what I have in both of my cars. A bit beefier. Can't remember which car it's from exactly though. Search James Crivellone, I have the same one he is running.

Is the beefier TO bearing for the added power from the turbo?
