Oil Pressure Sender x Oil level

Does anyone know if the engine oil level is above the Oil Pressure Switch (item # 3) ? I need to replace mine and, if not needed , do not want to do an oil change as it was done recently.

Pressure switch is on the pressurized side of the pump.
It doesn't matter where the oil level is, you'll probably have a little oil leak out. Not a problem.
