of the Air Meter?

On the throttle body your able to adjust how much air goes through your intake manifold at WOT with just a couple turns with a philips screwdriver, I know on mine when i would open the throttle all the way it would bog out at 3500 rpms did a couple turns and that fix the problem hope this helps in the long run GL:up:

Spent last night trying to put the O2 sensor in it was a royal pain I'm the A$$.
The exhaust guy said I will drill you a hole for the sensor in the heat shield. He drilled like a 1" hole in the wrong place. Now I am trying to do it with exhaust in place and it is going to be damn near impossible. Might have to brake out the Air saw or the sawzall and go to town.

Dumba$$ alert!!! Found the source of the overheating!!!! It will probably solve most of the overheating problem.

If one wishes to not have the car overheat, the one should not put the thermostat in backwards. How is that even possible, why does it fit both ways? Hopefully nothing is jacked up. Will install new thermostat tomorrow as I had to literally destroy the other to get it out......"sigh", I will then report back what happens. Here are some pics of the exhaust.

Looks as though the outer housing must have forced the thermostat into the inner housing when it was bolted up.

Tell me about it, I had to destroy it to get it out. Oh well. Got a new one and seems all is well. Got it blead, drove it around a little. Seems fine.

So I jumped off and drove it to work today in rush hour traffic. Little over half on temp guage and I would manually tur the fan back on.

Other then that seems fine. Revs fast with the M5 flywheel. Shifter seems a little notchy, might have to buy a real BMW one instead of the eBay one I have.

Lots of power. First feels a little short, but the tires spin nicely!! cruises nice, could not have to much fun in stop and go traffic.
