This is a E34 M30 harness; the E34 has the motronic in the e-box in the engine compartment.
Said plugs are for sending temperature from e-box; and activating the e-box fan. No use for those on your e30.

The switches you are talking about are part of the body harness. The swap shouldn't have affected any of that. Check your fuses again.

Any relays that go with it either?

Bought a 318ti thermo switch and tested it in a pot of over 200 degree water and the fan never kicked on. Im assuming my interior a/c switch issue and this issue are related...

Also checked fuses again, all appear to be fine, and swapped out relays K1 and K6 with others I had laying around, also swapped out the a/c switch...still no power to the a/c switch or blower fan...

swapped out the auxiliary fan and unloader relays with others I had laying around and still nothing. No power to a/c button or blower motor. Very odd, cause this stuff worked before the swap..

Do your windows still work? Assuming they are power. I had an issue with the blower not working and the windows not working after my swap and I forgot to install a ground wire over by the starter.

Let me go out to my car and check the wire color

The wire is black with a yellow tracers. It looks like it goes to the diagnostic connector and to the c101 connector.

Yes. I can't exactly see where mine is attached but I know it is attached to the starter. Is part of the engine harness. I know it's some sort of inhibitor wire of some sort so you can't run the windows while starting the car. And my windows and blower motor did not work until I finally found it and connected it.

As far as it fixing your rad fan/a/c switch problems I am not sure. I use the a/c switch for my rad fan but didn't install the fan until the very last step of my swap, just about.

After reading this thread im sort of confused still as to which engine harness you are using but I am using a super eta harness.

I need to see if I can find that wire and see if my a/c switch, blower motor, and windows will work. I was assuming that the issue with that stuff was the same issue with the cooling fan, guess i'll see when I find that wire...

I am using an m30b35 harness.

Do you have frank's write up? I have it on my home computer and can't remember if it has the pinouts for the c101 for a bunch of different cars.

Yeah I have it somewhere. Just seemed like it didn't every really help with my specific issues. I will have to check it for the pinouts tho.

You'll have to get the pinout for your c101 for the E30, mark's writeup has it im sure. I think it's #18 on the e34 harness.

I would go pull my c101 apart and check but im at work and this guy prolly want's his mx5-miataturdmaster back
