If your talking to me, As i have stated, i checked compression 151psi across all 6, timing is dead on...

as for an UPDATE: It will start right up when bump started, but not with the starter... (when u try to start with the starter it does get gas, and it does get fuel... just wont fire up)

    It wont idle under 1000rpm

There is a flat spot at 3300ish RPM...

past the flat spot it runs fine....

did you ever check the main relays?
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Im my case of my Rebuilt head / not starting issue .
Well the head was proffesionally rebuilt .
installed the new head gasket , torqued it to the exact specs . aligned the timing marks perfect . then did the whole rotation . and installed everything else on . Made sure everything was properly connected .
Car sounded like it wanted to start but just wouldnt .
Had no clue what was wrong double checked everything . every thing was cool . checked the timing marks , that was cool too .
Then checked compression and it was 60 psi across all 6 cylinders .
Why would my compression be lower than before i rebuilt the head ?

i know the valve job was done right , cause the guy at the machine shop showed me how the valve leakage machine works . My head passed .

        any suggestions ???

If the car is running at all, the main relays are probably okay. I hate to say it but I'd suggest that you go through the harness and start checking for shorts, misconnected wiring, confirm the ICV is working as well as the AFM, test your coolant temp sensors, O2 sensor, crank sensor, swap in a different set of ignition wires and coil and see what happens.

If this is running when push started but won't start normally, it sounds less like a timing issue and more like an electrical issue. If timing is off so much that it won't start with the starter, than you should probably have the same problems when push starting. The fact that it has a flat spot at a specific RPM range makes it sound like something is amiss with the electronics or one of the sensors to me...just an opinion, take it or leave it.
Driving is the only way to go faster....

If your car doesn't idle under 1000 because it has a really crazy camshaft, your factory starter probably won't be able to start the engine. See, the starter only turns the engine at about 300rpm. It's likely your engine can't start to fire at the rpm level that the starter is turning it.

So, basically you need to pop start it every time, or get a performance starter that will spin the engine faster. You can also try giving some throttle while starting it, but that may not help.
