    Exhaust cuttout/dump on E30

    anyone ever to this?
if so what kit did you use?

I've been wanting to do this on my M30 swap for quite sometime, but just don't know what direction to go...

I have plans of doing an electric cutout controlled by the DME at some point. I think there's quite a few options these days. Would be really cool if I could fit a side pipe, but that adds weight and reduces ground clearance..

All I noticed at first was that it was a Honda. That is just fantastic.

These are actually cool. Its nice to have an exhaust that isn't super loud all the time.

Had these on a 62 Impala SS. Not to for sure if I'd put them on a 6cyl unless it had a cam and higher compression and headers and so on.... Cause stock it may sound like a garbage truck if it's stock.

I have a m30 with a schrick 284 cam, and Ireland Engineering headers, chip, proper intake etc etc. I'm maxed out in boltons...and not the Micheal variety.

That set up on the Honda is pretty sketchy!

I drove an old Toyota with only half an exhaust to get out of trouble once and the rear carpet caught on fire! The dump should really have a curved tip on it to direct it to the ground at least rather than pointing straight at the floor!

I've installed a couple on various cars, most are shit and either don't work consistently or clog up and get stuck. QTP last the longest and seem to be the best quality of the aftermarket brands.
