no. the 3.5L manifold is much larger than the 2.5L manifold. Nothing would match up.
Nothing would match up? What, do they make jig or something? The 3.5 manifold would be going on a 3.5... not an M20... in case there was some confusion.

It seems to me that it would be much more worth the time and money if someone built a manifold that had larger runners that were straighter, for better flow and better high rpm power. The long thinner runners are great for a torquey powerband, but for more powah maybe we need to start from scratch. Big, log style manifold, with the throttle body on the front?

That about right. We need 4 total to get the group rate.

nobody here needs an extrudehone intake manifold. you could buy 3 track days at laguna seca in one of the autoclubs for that.

completely ridiculous. Ford got a huge contract with extrudehone and did all the SVT focus and Contours, they picked up like 6hp. They also probably only paid $40 an intake.

even if you get it for $400 thats not a very good trade off, money would be better spent on a cam or head porting. Heads are where you live and die with your power, the intake as borat might say, "Not so much."

For guys with FI, wouldn't you be able to run higher octange gas or more boost to make that extra 10-15hp w/o spending $600 on this ?

666fab makes a whole new manifold for FI m20s for about that much ....
