      ok im confused about this power to my ECU issue can some one explain it a little more??? all i need is the ECu to get power for this thing to start up!

            In M20 wiring, the ECU gets power through the 3-poled connector in glovebox.
            In M30 wiring, the ECU gets power through the 63-poled big connector which connects to ECU box.

            So all you need to do, is to run a jumper wire from 3-poled connector in glovebox, to the round connector where car wiring set connects to engine wiring set. Correct pins can be found on www.e30.de schematics.
