I had an A/C system blow up in my face the other day, not fun. I was very cold and covered in compressor oil and had a cut on my arm where the loose line flew up and hit me. Make sure that shit is empty before you fuck around with it...'89 325is S50 Track Montser

the other thing to test, is to see if the ac engages, since it has pressure fail switch, if there is no pressure or insufficient pressure the compressor wouldnt turn on. Given you ahve ot know if hte compressor was working before hand.

If it is still under pressure what can I do with all of it besides taking it to a shop?
Edit: LUCKY ME! There was no pressure... I will start ripping everything out. :)
