So driving down the parkway doing about 50mph at around2,000 rpm and all of a sudden the car dies and the starts back up. Then after I get off the freeway and stop at a light and the car dies in the middle of the intersection and won't start back up. I try pumping the pedal still nothing. Finally started and drove it home without a problem. I don't get it. The crank sensor has just been replaced and it feels like there is no spark? Cam positioin sensor need replacing?

An AFM that's crapping out will do this same thing. Try performing the stomp test to retrieve any stored diagnostic codes to get yourself pointed in the right direction.

Thanks guys, I did the stomp test and the code for the Lambda control came up. I cleared it and it never came back, but the problem still occurs.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
