No check engine light on.

Yes there is an Innovate MTX-L wideband reading lean, and a Matco Maximus scanner plugged into the car with a lean o2 sensor voltage reading.

This kit is designed to run on the stock fuel pump and fpr, correct?

I don't have jake's kit but I currently have a stock M20 clutch and single mass flywheel and it is holding up fine on ~7-8psi I think my turbo is about the same size as the one jake uses it is a T25 off an SR20. I plan on trying to get a spec stage 3+ clutch for my car when I up my boost to 15 psi in the future, I'll keep an eye on when mine starts to slip though.

it is a EPROM chip, although I do believe he will be offering ms3 with the kit soon for an additional price.

also, I've got a rb25 turbo lying around, do you recon it will mate with most of your kit?

I preffer used oem to Chineese stuff.

Wow as soon as I get more money you can count me in for a kit. Just to be clear it's not a HP difference between the Garret turbo and the Chinese turbo, but more of a reliability/Garret is a proven brand thing right?

yes still being made, yes more of a reliability issue from chinese vs Garrett .
