Any thoughts on how to get a rounded hex key bolt out? Click image for larger version

    a) grind tapers on a larger allen driver, pound it in, and remove the fastener. b) weld a nut on the head of the fastener and remove it.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

dremel larger straight notch across the head of bolt. Use a impact driver with a flat head blade to remove the bolt.

a little heat never hurts either

Vise grips or a bolt out. Something to grab the outside of the bolt basically. Most of the time, once they break loose, they will unscrew easily.

          I'm with chugs..

a fan of dremmeling a slot - then taking it out with an impact driver. This technique has saved me numerous times..
