Ugh, how bad is it? (M42 in pain)

    I have this theory that something with "mess under the intake" is fouling up the engine on top of the head issues.

    iamcreepingdeath is that a volvo electric fan you have set up there?

      Are you saying removing the mess under the intake causes cooling problems?

      Thats not the case. The ports on the intake side of the engine are the hot side. Those loops just move the hot coolant to the heater core and TB heater. Without those loops the coolant system works the same way.

      On my car I have the heater core and TB heater loop plugged, no issues.

        I also have Mine routed that way, but doesn't matter op already gave up and is parting the car...
