icv help

so after i clean my icv its start acting up till today that i start the car and the idle went to 5k rpm and it wont stay at low so i disconnect it and it was the same i took the icv out i saw little bit of black stuff in there

before i clean it it was working fine just little low on idle

my question is my icv completely gone or its just dirty

Make sure you didn't bump your throttle cable and caused it to stick open

Yeah, check the throttle. The ICV passage can't let enough air in for it to idle at 5k lol.

You knocked the throttle cable while R&Ring your ICV. it's probably jammed up against its mounting bracket. Trace the cable. You'll find the jam.
