Help get M42 turbo running on MS2/Extra

I know this is the wrong section, but hopefully some of the guys with running turbo cars will see this.

MSQ File: (Never used this uploader so let me know if it doesnt work)

    What's going on.
My idiot self had a running tune but somehow I lost the file. It is now corrupted.
Car will crank and then fire. RPMs will raise to around 1200-2000rpm. Car will then die. No amount of throttle input will get it to rev or change. It simply dies.

    What I've done already.
1)Adjust timing table - Same problem
    2)Adjust Tooth Angle #1 from 85 to 114 to 118-125 - Same Problem
3)Adjust Req_fuel and VE tables to every possible configuration - Same Problem
4)Adjusted ASE and Timing to every setting possible - Same Problem
5)Adjusted Warm Up Enrichment to everything possible - Same Problem

Still trying to figure this out. Can anyone explain to me why my composite logger crank wheel looks off. It appears as though there are two large gaps instead of one.

    This looks good...

This is the first thing I see being a problem...

    My Crank Log

This is what I was expecting to see...(SS from Msextra manual)

Finally, can someone help explain the sync loss issues this one shows? Im assuming it's due to noise from the VR sensors, but I've got the filtering set to what was suggested.

Zoom in on the crank log and it might look better. Count the teeth and see if its the proper amount.

MS has known VR sensitivity issues, but I have not used MS hardware so I have not set it up. There used to be dashpots you could adjust to get a cleaner signal, not sure if thats the case on the version you are using but worth looking into.

Get the trigger signal sorted first, nothing else will work right if that is wrong.

Zoomed in and it looks the same. Two large spots that shouldnt be like it is 58 teeth. I know MS has known VR issues, I am running the Kdfi v1.4 which has an automated conditioner for VR sensors. (or so they claim lol) It really is a well put together board. I hope they get licensed soon.

Working on getting it sorted. Thanks for the help.

On another note, I noticed that the new firmware they released now offers Wasted COP for MS2/extra. I think Im going to update from 3.2.5 so I can run it that way. Should make life easier.
