I'd like to bump this for a few added ?'s

I've got the same problem. Heavy chatter/wheel hop from the Right side only, in RH turns where I'm breaking traction. CSB is newer <2yrs old. New Diff oil + modifier.

Possibly the friction plates shot on that side? I'm going to give it the torque test as soon as I get a chance.

    Any insight is appreciated.

Just look for a gear oil that specifies to be used in LSD rear ends. There are plenty out there to use

Not to take this topic off track, but I was looking at a couple threads about this same issue and some people were suggesting it could be the CSB. Either way Im getting under the car tomorrow to investigate

RedLine 75w90 includes friction modifiers, Redline 75w90NS does not. I don't know about Royal Purple.

you can buy limited slip additive from redline. Somewhere I saw how much you're supposed to put in if it's been filled with straight gear oil.

thats what im leaning towards, had a mechanic swap the diff for me, not sure what they put in, i wanted a second opinion before i put in some redline
