If you're sticking with an OEM style clutch definitely go with Sachs.
I have a stock Sachs clutch in my turbo E30 with about 10,000 miles on it and it's perfect.
yeah, stock sachs I've seen are good for a few hundred horsepower, you want your clutch to be the fuse, not the half-shafts :P
with that said, if you are looking for more grab pick up one of those F1/XTR clutches from ebay... I've heard nothing but good things from people with hundreds upon hundreds of ponies under the hood, that's gotta be worth something
clutches are rated by torque holding capacity, not horsepower.
I'd definitely go with sachs. Most of the aftermarket stuff is BS. having a single mass flywheel and an unsprung clutch disk will suck on the street. if you want more torque capacity you can upgrade the pressure plate instead of the friction disk and retain stock like driveability.
