5 speed swap, almost there! questions??

Hey guys. I have an 84 318i auto and am trying to collect the parts for a swap. I have a tranny, shift linkage, manual rad, drive shaft, center console and diff so far for the 5 speed swap. I need to know exactly what else i still need, yes even the obvious stuff. i have read a ton of threads and there is no comp[lete list of parts, that i can find to do entire swap, including the small bits and pieces. I need to start collecting the parts to have it done by summer. cheers guys and thanks for your help

Drive shaft (MUST be from the manual car with your engine. IE M42 drive shafts are longer than M20 drive shafts)
    Master cylinder
    Slave cylinder
    Transmission
Clutch and related parts (flywheel, bearings, etc)
    Clutch lines
    Clutch pedal set

    heres a good guide:

x2 on the radiator. You will need the manual trans brace as well. I believe the center support bearing is different between early and late cars.

I also had an issue getting the center exhaust mount to line up, I ended up just leaving it unbolted as it was still quite soilidly mounted.

Defininitely rebuild the shift linkage before you install everything.

        I miss the old BMW
