If you look closely, you'll see only the Z3 1.9 lever is bent. That it does is center the lever back towards the driver. However, it shouldn't be too much of a problem IF the throw is short enough. If not, then you may be hitting, especially if there's side to side play in the carrier (carrier bushings). The z4 2.5 isn't too radical either.
