17mm female for both trans plugs. Honestly can't remember what the diff plugs are but it's easy to figure out once you are there. They are smaller.

Get a decent fluid pump online and find compatible containers that will work with the pump. .99 cent store degreaser container worked well for me. It is recommended you drive the car a bit to get the fluids warm before draining but not necessary.
Make sure you are able to break the filler plugs free first before draining your fluid. The filler plug for the trans is hard to get to and often times you cannot get a rachet in there. You can either use a 17mm Hex/allen socket with just a 17mm box wrench to turn it or you can get a special "VW transmission plug" tool from autozone for like $6. It's a short 17mm male hex adapter that will fit over a rachet.

Make sure you use a hex socket on the diff plug or they will strip. If one is stripped already I've welded a nut on mine as a fix

Another question, is the front wheel hub nut 46 or 36mm?
