It can be pieced together with new OEM maintenance parts for around $500. You just need to keep an eye on the deals. It is very similar to building a nice computer rig. Don't jump right into it, or you will spend much more than what is needed.

    Brake pads?

I set out to do a budget swap, ended up refreshing bushings and bearings and adding a UUC short shifter and DSSR. Originally it should have been around 500-600, but it's costing me closer to $1000 in parts now.

Seen labour rates at a good shop hover around 800-900 in my area, and like everyone else said, parts are entirely up to you and how hard you look/how lucky you get.

if you have an lkq, you can get a complete trans/flywheel, pedals, master/slave, for less than 300.00. i have purchased a few takeouts this way.

And, a less sarcastic answer would be between $250 and $2000, depending on location, for labor alone. Then it's parts cost, which can vary wildly depending on your resourcefulness, or how close you are to California and having to pay the cali tax.[/quote]

Thanks bro much more of what i was looking for. i know it was Vague but 2k is what i am getting from others. thanks for the help

Too many variables to tell you with any real accuracy, but anywhere between $1 and $1,000,000 ought to cover it. So expect something in that range.
