I have an '87 e manual and I'm planning to replace the ds and the tranny also go with a single mass flywheel instead of the dual...so are there any differences I should be concerned with for the ds? I plan on getting the rebuilt ds from
http://www.wholesaleimportparts.com and the tranny from http://www.catuned.com/catuned-getra...ansmission-e30 and if I'm not mistaken the clutch is as simple as getting the clutch kit with single fw and shorter bolts? The guy at the ds store said there were differences in length (not much maybe an inch but enough to be a problem) If the tranny is from an "i" model it's fine because I'm converted to all "i" components...just need the right ds...LOL somebody here has to know this!
