    Diff question.. 3.25 or 3.64?

    Hi all

I've swapped my 91 325i from auto (4.1 diff) to a 5 speed, and I found the first gear too short.
I have these 2 diff sitting, both open, 3.25 and 3.64 and I wonder which one would be better to improve the mpg in city driving?

    Thanks!

The 3.25 will probably bore you to tears. The 3.64 give give you a little better mileage than a 3.73 and performance should be about the same somas long as you have it that would be my choice.
