    That'd be an interesting feat. If you braze it using sil fos, or any other decent solder, it should hold up fine. That stuff melts at 1400 degrees, if I remember right. Just get on a website to read up on the properties of various solders, and you should.be golden.

      Silver- brazing brass is easy, but copper might be a bit more tricky...

        Well I originally got the ideal from reading a hot rod mag. They had a car with copper hard lines And I though to my self ive installed tons of copper water lines when I use to build houses. Then I researched it more and actually its been around since the early 1900's because copper is so easy to work with. There is several people on youtube using copper AC hoses and those get up to 300psi on the high side. So im thinking 15psi that the coolant system see's should be no problem. Guess the only real way is to find out.... haha

          I think the upper radiator pipe should be no problem as its pretty much gonna be a |_| shape to clear my intake. Im wondering how the flow will be affected with the 90's.

          The lower radiator is a crazy inverted its like 180 degree bend with a sharp 90 at the end. I was gonna get a flexible radiator pipe but doubt it will hold its shape under pressure.

            Do you have a way to put a bead on the copper pipe? I wouldn't use copper unless you can.

            1.5" roll cage tubing is pretty cheap (cheap enough anyway) and welding steel is pretty easy. As is putting a bead on with the welder.

              Yup just get 14 gauge soder heat copper apply done. Or so Ive seen, doing it is a whole other issue.

                          Update: got It started last week,its been running good. Just started to miss fire yesterday, my 02 sensors dont work so its running crazy rich. Gotta dig into that later this week. Im gonna make a big progression thread in the members rides in a week or two. My buddy shot a couple videos of the start up. Sorry the quality is so bad.
