I was wondering if there were a teensie bit of sarcasm involved... consider use of the <sarcasm></sarcasm> tags.

Lots of other apps put the turbos in the V... Duramax and Powerstroke diesel V8's, for example, but they still have the conventional port layouts with the intakes in the V. For production cars, putting the exhaust in the V is fairly new. (Yes, I know it's been done in racing).

This guy seems to be on a slow collision course with an M62 and MP112:

Interested in seeing this thread continue. So much of this is speculation. I only ever really see pictures (the same ones) of boosted m6x e30s, but no real details, build specs. Not enough for anyone to really try and replicate.

Perhaps combining this with the other turbo m6x thread to really compile the info?

Maybe even a separate thread for known power adders or mods available for those that have already done the swaps.
Found this thread in my journeys, I see ^slammin has also been curious. http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=120785

I see the m60b44 hybrid is becoming more feasible, but some dyno numbers and other proven methods to add power on these motors would be beneficial to everyone, I feel.

No i just picked up the engine not to long ago, got a 6 speed as well. and pulled the m20 out. That is as far as i have gotten, since i have some support damage im waiting to be aligned before i make a removable support.
JGood ive seen pics of the s62 with twins, but i he doesnt have the original support in there.

Yeah, I bet that car doesn't have any brakes. Good call.

Because all m60 swapped e30's have a big booster and ABS under the hood...

In my research, I don't think the Jag setup will fit an M60 e30. Too tall, with the W/A intercoolers, and has a rear throttle....which would def interfere with the fire wall.

                        Better off running a centrifugal.

                              That's just the snout.

Jag setup is a really nicely packaged SC with W/A intercoolers for each bank.
