I weighed my car with an m20b27/g260, then an m50b25/g260, then an m60b40/zf320, then an m60b44/g420. Same car, same NHRA racetrack scale, across a ~5 year time span.
In my case, it was less then 100lbs difference from m20/g260 to m62/g420.
That's a fully loaded/functional 4 door daily driver, full interior. Remote booster, remote oil filter/cooler, huge Mishimoto Z3M radiator, trunk was filled with a spare tire, milk crate full of tools/fluids, extinguisher, etc... And 3/4 tank of gas.

Any idea what the weight distribution was before/after?
My iX build is going to end up where it ends up, but I'd like to have an idea of where that will be.
Nope, never had it on individual scales. It'll depend on sedan/coupe and the state of completeness interior wise... But if it's a coupe, you're probably going to be fairly forward heavy, especially with the FWD parts. My old gutted m20 e30 track car was 55.5/44.5, 2410lb overall. I'm guessing my m60 car is a lot closer to 50/50, with all the shit in the trunk, rear doors, 6 speed, rear spoiler, engine back further, etc...
