got my inspection and alignment done. but car started acting up again on the way to town. also cranked real long to start, had bad cam sensor. got that replaced but still not working as it should. cleaned maf tonight and check fuel psi again. down under 35psi again. so don't buy gki filters....getting a WIX tomorow.... hope that holds up.

car has fuel now. ran rich tell the pcm re learned how to run off 60vs 30psi. air fuel at idle is great seem good driving didn't go to far but it pulls real nice. the little 14s are not to bad hooked better then i expected. but no problem to drop down to second and get sideways. gearing seems fine so far. wont know for sure tell I'm out on a longer drive. get insurance and inspection done this week i hope!

The LM4 is also an aluminum block but was only used in the Trailblazer, Envoy, Ascender, Rainier, and SSR. Pain in the arse to find one. The L33 was only used two years, 05-06 and was discontinued half way through 07. They came in 1500s.....even harder to find without paying a mint.

Automatic trans in the e30 probably has more weight then then 5speed I put in. And the engine is further back. I think the aluminium ls motor is 60lbs lighter then the steel. I know it won't handle like my old e30 but should be fun...

ya removed the abs used the factory lines re-bent them to the mc. doesn't feel to bad but you can tell no booster. i haven't drove it much yet just around the block few times. my booster also had the extra port for the line some do some don't. if you don't have it just buy the tee from the rear of an e30 where it splits for each wheel.

Okay, Thanks. Then I am guessing you just piped the front and rear brakes directly into the master since the ABS system is gone. How is pedal feel?

When I think of deleting the booster I remember an old mustang a buddy owned. No power brakes or steering. Even better, it had 4 wheel drum. Thing was a beast.
