i find myself wishing you would have documented the body portion of the build in more detail. for example, how did you get the side skirts to fit correctly? did you just add spacers to the bottom of the skirts or did you modify the top of the skirt so that everything lines up?
also, assuming the car has coupe quarter panels hanging on it, it would be great to know how the quarters were attached along the top of the panel and what was done in the rocker panel area?
i am building a cabrio m3 out of an m3 parts car. i have been developing a game plan for this but it would be great to get as much info as possible.
i am excited about the sikky hydroboost option. this thread is the first i have heard of this. i did some research and it appears the hydroboost unit is actually quite universal, was installed on many domestic models, and very compact. much better than factory bmw hydroboost parts. i am pretty sure the unit can be found in a junk yard and the rest of the parts fabricated to make this work with a bmw v8.
