Still startles me a little bit when it starts up :o
I'm back to work, so progress is gonna slow down again. Basically waiting on funds for real wheels/tires, new alt, gauges... the list goes on and on. I have guibo bolts on the way from IE, once i get those I'll bolt up my M3 driveshaft and see if she rolls in first gear. We're in deep now boys

I'm having major issues bleeding my clutch if anyone has any insight. I exploded a slave today, I think from too much pressure in my Motive pressure bleeder. Theres no leaks, im on my second slave cylinder. I have basically 0 pedal pressure except the last ~2inches of pedal travel, it gets stiff. 2 person bleeding makes it worse (no pedal pressure at all). Prressure bleeding with the Motive gets me that little bit of pressure. The system seems to bleed ok visually, but I'm never getting any pedal pressure. I haven't found any leaks with the Garagistic pedal set up.

My clutch works now! Def not a bleeding problem with the clutch, I pulled my pedal all the way apart, adjusted the clutch closer to what Jean's looked like and after a quick bleed the clutch will disengage now. Jean's pedal is about 6.5" from the firewall, mine was about 4.5". Jean followed the Tilton video on how to set the pedal up. it takes a good amount of effort to push the clutch all the way down, but the clutch disengages enough to shift about 2-3" off the firewall. i may need more master bleeding, or another round of pedal adjustment. A quick bleed of the brakes gets some pressure, they may need some more adjustment as well.
A quick drive before the clutch didnt work (dont do this, its sketchy af)
It takes me about 45 min to pull the whole pedal set up, draining the system, pulling the steering column and wiring etc. Took about 2-3hours to get it all put back together before bleeding. We're in deep now boys

Uppppdateeeeeee
Haven't posted in a while.
Basically haven't really touched the car in 2 months.
I did repaint the front door (no more stickers)
Went drifting a bunch (im the headlight-disabled one)
Hm... whats this...
A wild alternator appears! Finally was able to get a new one. Some pictures might start looking like they're reposts:
The front end is fully together for the first time in almost exactaly a year.
And she still runs! Charges a-ok.
Couldnt help but zip tie on my volvo lip ($5)
I'm definitely going to be making some front aero stuff.
I can't run fogs because my oil lines are in the way, and the stock brake ducts are all broken and suck so I"m making some delete plates, and ill be putting brake ducts there as well. Template:
At this point, the only thing preventing me from driving are the brakes. I'm going to go hard this weekend. We're in deep now boys

Fog/brake block offs (for now)
Complete. Need to make a bracket for the outer side of the plate.
ECU grommet put thru the firewall, turned out really good
A little more clean up but its pretty neat
Basically just bled the brakes for half of Saturday. Tons of air, more and more coming out. I only can get pedal pressure with the motive pressure bleeder. I dont get any pedal pressure if we try to 2 man bleed it. I'm going to bench bleed the masters in-situ and try again to get that last bit of air out.
Figured I'd try the brakes
And i used this ebay "tach adapter", cost like $45. Wired in the glovebox with the ecu.
I am using a 4cyl coding plug, as thats what most of the guides called for. This is usable with any coding plug.
Proof:
I'm feeling very motivated. Things are finally moving. Going to save up for exhaust fab next. We're in deep now boys

Life's been busy. (sorry for the seizure inducing picture sizes)
Upgraded to a Walboro 255 (yeah yeah fuel starvation i know blah blah).
Drilled out the rear window lock hole on the center console for a USB charger, since i lost the ashtray for a gauge pod.
I bought this $5 50W 2-channel bluetooth/USB/aux headphone amp, and deleted the rear speakers and the stock head unit. There will be more... things put there.
I put on an air filter.
Make bracket
Goes like this
And is mounted on a slot in the radiator. easy to remove.
With the brakes kinda working, the car not overheating, fan turning on etc, send her away
thanks to Steve @ Cypress Muffler.

Nabbed a Garagistic spare delete plate. Just the sheet metal stock is worth what theyre asking for the piece, and its already the right size.
Lets weigh it:
5.7lbs. So now we can see how much weight it lost...once i get my car back :D:DWe're in deep now boys
