    Different US plastic rear bumpers?

My last rear bumper got all jacked up so I ordered a new bumper off Pelican Parts to replace it. After getting it painted and reinstalling the trim, I noticed that the holes in the bumper don't align with the side marker holes in the rear bumper trim. Not sure what to do here. Any ideas?

My issue is that the side marker won't clear the hole in the rear bumper. The back of the side marker hits the bumper if I try to slide the back of it into the rear bumper through the trim and into that hole. Even when properly oriented.

Cut a bigger hole in the bumper to clear. Should be hidden behind the trim no?
