Not everyone is posting because it's been gone over a few times in this forum.

BMA should be able to get you anything that has a part number.

You can get the clutch kit for cheaper at www.gripforce.com. I have never tried them though.

                $178 for...
                SACHS Pressure Plate
                SACHS Clutch Disc
                Release Bearing
                Pilot Bearing

                    about the swap

obviously you need all the clutch hydrolics and you also need and ecu becuase you have an auto ecu....but there is a way to fool that at least it is on a 240sx..... the wiring might be diffrent i'm not sure of how it all works from a 5sp to an auto in a BMW but i know that in an jap import you need a 5sp ecu and sometimes the wiring is diffrent and you also need all the parts from a 5sp vehicle i.e tranny mounts/crossmember, tranny itself, clutch kit, the flywheel you can resurface at a machine shop.....how you know what machine shop just ask around town to the performance shops and see who the best is! ummmmm don't forget to bleed the clutch or your tranny will hate you from then on. Also get stuff from the source of the tranny that you don't think you need like lines that are connected to the clutch hydros and brackets etc becuase you never know what you might need part numbers I don't know but that's the basis for getting the swap done, oh and don't forget to by all the fluids you need. the best gear oil i have used is penzoil synchro mesh it's good on tranny's that have lots of miles and it helps the syncros from going bad at that age and that amount of miles. Also it helps reduce wear on the syncros especially if you like to snatch gears and just give the tranny hell. don't forget the shifter and the center panel. the panel is diffrent from the auto panel and of course you'll get the shifter with the tranny.

You don't need a new ECU, and the "wiring" is splicing 3 wires, the Parking Starter Disable and the reverse light

Please don't post on topics you don't know about. The ECU does not need to be changed.

Rob, its on ever drift forum he posts on as well. And he has asked everybody that he knows on AIM too.

TJ, did you need the panel that's under the steering wheel from a 5 speed? because mine already has the space for a clutch. I just thought that was odd. I can't wait, kansas-ix is working on getting the 5 speed from his wrecked ix out for me right now :)
