Cannot get clutch pedal

Can't get a clutch pedal, feels soft. Doing an auto to manual swap using a zf310 trans, e30 clutch and flywheel, 328i slave cylinder, e30 master and the tob in the pic below.

The pedal sits really far up but it doesn't feel like it's moving anything when depressed. Any help/ ideas. Have vacuum bled, held it in hand and pumped, two man. Still no pedal?!?

pretty sure you need the zf throw out. 21517521471

might have to do some measuring to be certain. haven't done it myself. maybe google it up, i think the difference is in the bellhousing depth. the diameter on the 2 tob's are the same but one is taller.

Nm .. was air in the system afterall, had to take slave off and hold upside down (bleeder up) and pump it. Will not dare to open the bleeder now once installed cos I think due to the angle it's sitting on it will ingest air.
