Issue: Power moon roof will not open (no movement, so motor sound, nothing) It was working and then all of a sudden it was not.

So I am guessing that there are the following components related to the moonroof. Below are the steps that I have taken to troubleshoot. Let me know your thoughts on resolving.

1. Fuse - checked and its good
2. Wiring from fuse box to Switch - have not thoroughly inspected the entire line
3. Switch - Not sure how to test, but currently suspect as root cause
4. Wiring from switch to motor - have not thoroughly inspected the entire line
5. Motor - removed and had another shop test and it worked fine
6. moonroof mechanism - Cannot open to inspect

A multi meter connected at the motor should tell you if the wiring is correct. A few references:
