Check Engine Light is Blinking the brake sensor is lit
You're going to need to be alot more specific. Those questions are WAY too vague. There are any number of things that could set those off.
And I assume that you mean your brake sensor is lit, not your break sensor.

oops my bad, hmm while driving the car the CEL is blinking. oh yes i meant "brake" not break
The check light means that you have a problem with something that the check panel is warning you about. If you push the bottom right button it will stop flashing, but the warning light on the panel will still be lit until you fix the problem. The brake lining light could be that you need new pads, but it might also be a bad connection on the sensor or the sensor was never replaced with brake job.
The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

you said something about pushing the " bottom right button". what button are u exactly pertaining to?
The check panel is in the overhead console between the two sun visors. It has red lights on it with words next to the lights that say oil level, coolant, washer fluid, etc. Push the button that says "check" and all the red lights will illuminate. The flashing yellow "check" in your dash will quite flashing.
