M30 so close to starting but won't

Just tried cranking the m30 after fixing some few small problems(bad main relay and reference sensor).
It cranks and you can hear the engine struggling to try to run, but it won't if you pump the gas it fires a little easier but won't catch.
Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe fuel pressure or the ICV. I ran a resistance test on the icv and it work but I haven't tried suppling power to it to see if it closes or not.

I would look into the fuel pressure.....sounds like its not getting enough/any. Have you tried prying open the intake boot at the throttle body and give it a shot of gas just to see if it will run? I tried this techique once years ago when my Porsche 924 wasn't turning over. The shot of gas worked.....turned out to be the mechanical fuel distributor stopped working.

It's getting fuel, as I pulled the return line to make sure I had them hooked up correct. I'll test the pressure tommorow.

Do you guys have this stuff called aero-start in a spray can. Basically you can spray it into an intake to get an engine to start. It is basically just a pressurised alcohol spray in a can, good for little things like this.
Just a little project im working on

I don't know, I made a fuel pressure guage, and will test the pressure tommorow.

It's got spark, I tested the fuel pressure today and it has 38psi but there is a leak by the #2 injector.

Sounds like a reference sensor is still tripping you up.

Ya It may be the Speed sensor, I'll steal that one from our 528e maybe, but first I have to fix this fuel leak as it may be the cuase.
