Running rich?

I took my car out of the garage earlier today to wash it. After pulling it out, I smelled a faint scent of gasoline.

I washed my car and tried to move it back into the garage and the engine wouldn't turn. It owuld crank but wouldn't start. I finally got it to run after about 5 minutes and I noticed what looked like gas/oil has dripped out of my exhaust tips onto the street.

I haven't tried to run the car after this, but what could it be?

What engine,FPR,injectors?

M20 engine with a MarkD chip. I just changed the spark plugs, everything else is stock.

I drove the car around today and it seemed fine. Pulled hard all the way to redline and drove fine. Other than that one instance there's nothing wrong with it.
Freak incident?

I've personally never changed it, so it has to be a year and a half at the earliest.

leaking FPR?

if you're smelling fuel in your garage I'd be looking for leaks before something catches on fire..

I didn't smell any fuel when it was just sitting in the garage, I only smelled a faint trace after I had been revving the engine a bit after it had gotten outside.

Ya, black smoke comes out when I'm at WOT

Yea I might be running a bit rich because if i like idle for a few minutes or so then rev it then I get a bit of black smoke but if i run it and its using fuel then I rev it , it's fine. And yea I don't know if this has anything to do with it but pretty consistantly like 1 out of 100 starts it wont turn over but then I turn the key again and it starts but kinda studders but then idles and runs fine. so yea idk

-bad O2 sensor and/or heater relay
-maybe a bad coolant sensor

does it do it warm, cold, or both?

That was the only instance it's ever happened. It works fine now and worked fine before that one time yesterday.

Yea it's completly random for me so if anyone has suggestions i will try the same on my car so I can rule out or fix this problem.
