yeah, I saw your car last night at 325is mad bimmer's house

my advice to you, do absolutely nothing to it

that car is so mint, I would be afraid to wash it.

from what I understand that car is tuned up and everything is fresh. just enjoy it

You saw it last night? Thanks for the vote of confidence. It was purely by chance that I stubled on to Luke's car. But once I saw it I was sprung. I'm sure everything is gonna be OK with the car. Buying a car without seeing it is a risk but Luke has been really cool to deal with, a stand up guy. I'm just gonna do the Z3 or Z4 short shifter mod and perhaps some 16" or 17" wheels.

That car was dying to be snatched up, good job. Keep it how it is and enjoy it, auto-x it or something and learn the limits. No need to mod cars right out of the gate, it's wasted funds. ;)

That is for sure a nice car, congrats on it's purchase! Since its got a lot of mods done already, and you aren't familiar with it, you should get some track/auto-x time with it to get used to the car before you do anything else to it.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

I'm gonna take everyone's advice and leave it alone for a few months. Learn the limits of the car. Depending on how good business is next year maybe I'll go FI or something.

yeah i just fell in love with the painted rub strips, moldings, and lip. it can be a gamble buying a car without seeing it first, but it has worked out for me. i flew out to sanfransico and bought my 92 gti and drove it home to mass and that is a great car. i also flew down to maryland to buy my S4 avant and drove that home. both good experiences. i'm sure you'll have great luck with the car.

What was the outcome of your plasma booster experiment, if any? We've tested those contraptions on MINIs with our Mustang Dyno (same car, same day) and they have proven to yeild exactly 0.000% performance increase.
