Turbo manifold options

What is needed to fit the 324td exhaust manifold to a 325is, i know some modifications are required, what are they and how hard are they.

it's not worth it. for what you spend modifying a 524td manifold, you could buy something with a better design, or have something custom made. look what all the guys are using for their turbos.. none of them are using a 524td manifold.

If you ALREADY have the manifold handy just take a dremel to it for a couple of hours otherwise just buy a manifold adapter for the stock manifolds.Go to the E30 Mecca of forced induction more info on anything FI www.e30tech.com .........the manifold adapters can be ordered from Finland via Swartz.However the wait for manifold adapters is 3+ months whereas full manifolds are ready for shipment.Go through Swartz they wont respond to anyone else in the USA.

On a side note I may soon start to sell reproductions of the newest design of the manifold adapters.They now clear oil cooler lines.Im waiting on the first reproduction of it to come back to me for evaluations from a local turbo specialty shop.

Go to www.e30tech.com mine was $320 shipped (dpends on the dollar) plus several months wait.

What is $907 at the moment? A full proturbo manifold is about $550 USD shipped give or take a few dollars.The proturbo full mani is worth every penny and is superior to anything out there.Once I get all the kinks out of my current setup I will upgrade to the full manifold and larger turbo.Just look at this beatuty.Proturbo has plenty already built and ready to ship.

Forget their website they have the old prices and designs there.If you are not Swartz they will not sell to you.
Manifold adapter price is around $320 USD shippping around 3+ months
Full manifold price is around $550 USD shipping within 1 month

Again contact Swartz to order they will not sell to you.They only deal/trust him in the USA.Prices are probably off +/- 5% due to strength of dollar.

From what I have heard they stopped for a few months and will once again be offering them soemtime this year.
