What is needed to fit the 324td exhaust manifold to a 325is, i know some modifications are required, what are they and how hard are they.

it's not worth it. for what you spend modifying a 524td manifold, you could buy something with a better design, or have something custom made. look what all the guys are using for their turbos.. none of them are using a 524td manifold. -

On a side note I may soon start to sell reproductions of the newest design of the manifold adapters.They now clear oil cooler lines.Im waiting on the first reproduction of it to come back to me for evaluations from a local turbo specialty shop.

Manifold adapter price is around $320 USD shippping around 3+ months
Full manifold price is around $550 USD shipping within 1 month
Again contact Swartz to order they will not sell to you.They only deal/trust him in the USA.Prices are probably off +/- 5% due to strength of dollar.Comment
