    as for BimmerKris,
the interior is not my style, but it looks like you put some nice work into it, good job
as for the "CAI", nice job on the bracket, but you really need a heat shield
lastely, what's with the blue and yellow paint scheme in the engine? I'm not trying to flame you or anything, but I don't understand how you can think that looks good?

i don't mind it, just my taste i guess, my dad and i have been doing it on his hot rods race cars and shit for years, it was just part of it. i had plans to make the heat shield, but then decided to put it up for sale ans have to spend the money on a front wheel bearing instead.

as for the metal sticking up for myself thing, someone said i must be a harcore guy so somehting along those lines. i figured if he wanted to make assumptions "here is a short blurb about me and what i really do, sorry to dissapoint you" type thing. thats all

by the way my dads next "hot rod" project is taking my cooked winter 325 tubbing it out adding a cage and dropping a 350 in it. hmm it should be fun

Not to be a dick or anything but that sounds like a total waste of time. :? I mean come on, a BMW that is sricktly for quarter mile puposes. The 350 part sounds cool. But the tubbing it out is senseless. You're not going to be able to enjoy it for what it was made for, the twisties man :D

he'll probably never take it to the quarter mile, he like to do shit like that, cuase people will laugh at him when they see it, then he blows there doors off, plus we have the car already, know how it works inside and out, and has a real easy chassis to work with

pretty funny from a guy who's never even driven his own car. ;)

especially considering how much faster a SBC 350 E30 would be than any M20-powered E30. properly set up it could probably eat you in corners too..

350 e30. Now this is getting interesting.

I have thought of this many times, but its just so much easier to put in a blazer... that I will just do that...
