How do YOU do motor mounts?

OK, so you're gonna use an engine brace like this:



What's the best/safest way to lift the engine on an E30 325i?

Lift at the each engine support bracket on either side? And if so, what's the recommended way to connect to these?



OR lift at the front engine lifting bracket?

Thanks to m-technik-3, it was a cinch. Would also recommend the engine bridge thing a ma bopper.

neat, but i dont think it would be applicable with BMW engine mounts. maybe CAB's or something..maybe a diff mount bushing.
