You can either have your stock flywheel lightened and resurfaced ($100-150) or buy an aftermarket flywheel ($350-450). The stock one will never be as light as an aftermarket, though.
I would personally replace all these parts:
rear main seal
tranny input seal
tranny output seal
clutch kit
resurface or replace flywheel
clutch fork
pilot bearing
flywheel bolts
clutch spring
that little nub the fork sits on
all shifter linkage (install SSK if you don't have one)
tranny fluid
reverse switch
guibo
center support bearing
I did all these when I did my tranny swap. It costs about $450-500 for the parts from BMA, + the price of whatever you decide to do with the flywheel. You won't have to take your tranny out for the next 5-10 years if you do all this.
