89 325ix electrical problems

i just bought an ix. came at a pretty decent price for a fairly rust free ix. no rust on any major pieces. rear valence is bad, but its behind the bumper. ok.

on to the issues i lack experience with...

the electrical system is shot to shit. and i dont mean the engine, it runs fine. could use a valve job, but its fine. here is what doesnt work:

- wipers
- windows
- stereo
- blower motor
- interior lights

all the fuses look good. the car sat for 6 years. where do i start?

try the wiring for relay K7 and the relay itself
