    Who has 19# injectors?

I read somewhere that at idle, the engine is going to run rich. Is this true even after the ecu has adapted?

    Would an AFPR fix that?

I had them in my 88 325is, running a BMP adjustable regulator. I never noticed a problem on my airfuel ration guage. I had my pressure set around 38psi with them.

Narrow band A/F gauges are useless. Did you ever have it on a dyno with a wideband sensor?

I've had them for almost 30,000 miles. my car does not run rich, your engine will not explode, they will not wreak havoc on your motronic. you will be fine, an AFPR would be good if you want to get some power out of them. otherwise it's not neccesary if all you want to do is replace high mileage stock injectors with room for improvement..

I didn't have any concerns til I read that post. Somebody just had made the comment to be prepared for it to run rich at idle.

I DO have the BMP AFPR now, and the injectors, but am waiting til I can make arrangements for improved airflow.

The car will learn injectors just fine, we were discussing the AFM "upgrade".
