    Real Quick: Spring pads?

I bought some new spring pads to run with my new IE stage iii's and bilstein sports.

i'm curious hwere exactly they go.

Above or below the blue sheething that comes with the bilsteins?

    Also:

How much of a height difference is there gonna be once the car is lowered with vs without the spring pads, and whats the ride difference.

Can i run without them and be ok? What will be the side effects

    Please advise, thanks :)

You should have two pads for each front spring. They go on the top and the bottom of the coil. I'd suggest running them in the front as they're thin and you won't notice a difference in ride height. Don't run any in the rear.

ah fuck, dealership only gave me two total :-/ my bad. They didn't look very thin, they're about 3 1/2 to 4" in length each.

Length? Are you talking about bump stops or spring pads?

I went to the machine shop while my dad ran to the dealership to pickup some parts for me.

He asked for spring pads, they gave him bumpstops it turns out. :-/

just re-using my old spring pads now.

you shouldn't need to replace them, unless they are rotting or something. just keep your old ones.
