I'm talking about actually removing the lollipop with CAB from the control arm, not the CAB from the lollipop. I already have M3 bushings pressed into a lollipop

I just did this. Major pain in my ass. What i did was centerpunch the end of the control arm to locate my 2 jaw puller and pull on the OD of the lollipop. This did not remove the bush for me but separated the bushing. Once the lollipop was off with the outer half of the bush i slit the inner metal sleeve with a cut off saw and removed it.

Yes i know. I used a puller and it worked fine. You want to reuse your cab and lollypop right.

i used a sawzall. cut the bushing apart, took the lollipop off. the rest of it came off really easily then.

                  Try this

Do this with the control arm bolted the car.

                  Unbolt the two bolts.

Liberally spray the inside of the bushing with JB80 or some kind of oil (wd40 last choice, but it works)

Go do something for 10 minutes.

Grab the handle of the lollipop and twist and twist until it breaks free and then wiggle it off.
