How to set up aux fan to run high??

Reviving this thread. Anyone have a pic of the 2 wires to cut and splice to do this mod?

Take a piece of wire and jump the female terminals. One is ground, one is low speed and the last one is high speed. It's really easy to figure out the two wires you need and you won't harm anything. I wouldn't recommend having your fan run on high all the time. It's best to fix the problem so that it runs on both speeds as needed.
